We assess residential new-build and off-the-plan investment properties across New Zealand, including townhouses, houses and apartments. Properties must be in New Zealand. We specialise in new-build stock where build specification, consenting status and cashflow performance are key variables that affect investment quality.

You'll need the property address, basic details such as a brochure with floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms and asking price, along with any available documents such as a spec sheet, rental appraisal or registered valuation. The more information you provide, the higher your confidence score will be. You can submit everything through our order form in under five minutes.

Standard reports are delivered within 72 hours of order and payment confirmation. Priority delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional $49. If we need any clarification on the information provided, we'll contact you by email before completing the assessment.

Your property is assessed across four pillars: build quality, cashflow, growth profile, and location/risk. Each pillar is scored independently. Flood and natural hazard exposure is then applied as a score multiplier rather than a simple average component, reflecting the asymmetric risk that severe flood exposure poses to asset value, insurability and resale. Every report also includes a confidence score that tells you how much weight to place on the assessment based on the quality of data available.

A single full investment report is $229, delivered as a four-page PDF. Priority 24-hour delivery is available for an additional $49. Multi-property bundles are coming soon for investors assessing multiple opportunities.
