Complete our short order form with the key details of the property you are considering - address, asking price, property type, and any available documents such as a developer brochure, spec sheet or rental appraisal. The more information you provide, the higher your confidence score will be. Most clients complete the form in under five minutes.

We run the analysis
Our assessment covers four independent pillars: build quality, cashflow, growth profile, and location/risk. Each pillar draws on a combination of property-specific data, suburb-level market information, and independent research sources. Flood and natural hazard exposure is assessed separately and applied as a score multiplier on the overall rating.

Receive your report
Your full four-page investment rating is delivered to your inbox within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Priority delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional $49. The report includes your overall investment score, full pillar breakdown, cashflow stress test across three interest rate scenarios, and executive summary with pillar commentary.
Properties we rate
Paragon assesses residential new-build and off-the-plan investment properties across New Zealand.
To produce an accurate and high-confidence assessment, the property should meet the following criteria:

New-build or off-the-plan residential property

Located in a major New Zealand city or metropolitan area

Asking price and estimated rental income available
-
Developer brochure or specification sheet available - or sufficient property detail to assess build quality
We do not currently assess existing residential properties, commercial property, rural land, or properties outside New Zealand.
